I am trying to find out how to get from Narita Terminal 3 to E-Hotel Higashi Shinjuku on JUne 4 using Hyperdia but not sure what train station is closest to our hotel that I can use with our JR pass.
Hotel address is 2-3-15 Kabukicho, Tokyo Tokyo-to 160-0021
Do I select Shinjuku JR station on Hyperdia like this?

We get to Narita at 6:40pm and I am planning to exchange our JR Passes at the T3 JR east travel centre before they close at 8pm - will I have enough time to do this? Or should I just exchange somewhere in Shinjuku because dont I need to reserve my seats when i pick up? (We go to Kyoto using JR on June 7)
