Is there a direct rail link between Narita (airport) and the Disney theme park e.g. Maihama, without going through Tokyo?

Hi there,
The access page on the Disney Land website lays out a few options for you. It looks like the most simple route will be to get the direct bus from the airport.
Looking at the Rail options, it is possible to go to Maihama via chiba, but it will involve a lot of changes. Though it will be busy, the most convenient option will be to go via Tokyo I think.
