Can I confirm if my pass must be active at the time of collection of my train tickets that I have reserved using JR East's website? For example, i'll be collecting my tickets on 12 july, but can i activate my pass on 13 july, or must the pass also be activated on 12 july for me to collect my train tickets for free?
My train departure is on 13 july, so I must collect my tickets on 12 july. Also, the pass that I am using is the Tokyo Wide Pass.
