Good morning. Without a JR Pass, which is the fastest and cheapest way for me to transfer from Narita to Haneda. If possible, prefer direct as we are seniors travelling on our own. We arrive Narita at 0635 with a connecting flight from Haneda at 1305. Arigato

There are direct shuttles between both airports, it is by far the most efficient option.
