Can i have my suica record cleared so that i dont have to pay twice and gave the ticket to the person in charged when i reached my destination?

Hi there,
You will have to talk to the JR Staff for sure to unblock your Suica as it will be blocked if you did not use it to leave the station. You will however have to pay the fare, as there is no way to check whether you or someone else used it.
