If you allow me another question using the Kanto Pass.
If I want to go to Nikko :
1) Can I use the Kanto pass to take the Tohoku Shinkasen
2) Where can I reserve seats for Nikko/Kinugawa/Tobu Skytree Limited express (I am assuming I can use Kanto pass based on information at web site)? Is it at JR East Stations.

The 5th station is not included, this because it is not a train station but a stop/checkpoint before climbing Fuji.

You can reserve tickets at any JR station within the validity area of the pass.
