Karuisawa

Hi there,

Karuizawa is not that far from Tokyo and using a JR Pass just for a return trip there would not help you make savings. It would be better to buy normal train tickets or perhaps look at a JR Kanto Pass.

Thank you. But how about if we go to mt. fuji, is it also near Karuizawa. Basically what we are going to exlore while we are in Karuizawa is only the part of tokyo area. Be. i think going to osaka orkyoto is too far already and we need to stay overnight.
do you have any idea how much is the JR kanto pass or the normal train cost for one way?
