We are leaving for Japan in the morning, and we saw a post on the forum where someone, in the same situation, was able to have his pass shipped to his lodging in Japan.
May we purchase now and have the same option. If so, how do we go about this right now?

Hi there,
This is indeed possible, given that you place the order outside of Japan.
To do so, place an order using our normal order system and don't select "Use my billing address for my delivery address". In the next step fill in the address you wished it shipped to in Japan.
Please give us a mail at [email protected], as sometimes we have to do some extra verification before shipping to Japan.
