I need confirmation that JR regional pass such as Kansai Area , Kansai Wide Pass & Takamaya Hokuriku pass can be purchased in Japan ( Kansai Airport) except for JR nationwide pass, which must be purchased outside Japan.

Hi there,
Most of the area passes you name can be purchased inside of Japan!
Note that the JRPass itself can only be purchased outside of Japan.
