Hi,
Will be visiting Japan in mid December with kids along. Since this the first time, thus our concerns as follow :-
1) Will be arriving Narita and staying in Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, which transport is easier with kids and luggage, Narita express or bus?
2) Plan to visit mt fuji and plan a night stay in either Kawaguchiko or Hakone. Can 2 days covers both plus Gotemba? or any other better suggestion. Is there a need to purchase mt. fuji/hakone pass?
Thanks in advance.

Hello there,
1.) Unless your bus stops right in front of your hotel, I would recommend using the Narita Express. It is the most convenient way of travel from Narita Airport to Tokyo and Shinjuku.
2.) If you do have 2 days, then I would suggest visiting Hakone and Gotemba. These are easiest to access and offer plenty to keep you busy for two days. A Hakone Free Pass can work very well if you plan on exploring the Hakone Regaion.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
