Hi Daniel, We will be travelling from Tokyo (Komagome Station), can you let me know which station do i head to for the Shinkansen Train ? Shinagawa or Tokyo station. Is there a Shinkansen Timetable that you can provide me with the link?

Hi there,
You can travel to either Tokyo or Shinagawa stations, both are on the Tokaido Shinkansen and are good options.
For travel times, I recommend learning to plan with Hyperdia this way you can find any route/timetable and more. It's a great tool for planning with the JR Pass. We also have a useful interactive map with all JR lines included.
