I bought a jrpass on April 29th. Since I read website provided a 3 days delivery time I thought it would be fine, but I just received a notification stating my ticket will arrive on Monday May 9th, but I'm departing from Peru on May 7th. I'm worried because I won't be able to receive nor use my pass if it arrives so late.
In case nothing can be done is it possible to cancel my ticket and ask for a reimbursement?
