I'm coming to Japan in December 2015 I would to know if I can get a train from Osaka to Kyoto on the 26/12 also if I can get a train from Kyoto to Kansai airport on the 1/1/2016

Hi there,
Yes that should be no problem! Japan does not celebrate Christmas the way it is in order parts of the world. It's just a working day for most people and trains are not much busier than normal.
Kyoto to Kansai is also easy to travel to and I don't see any problems with getting the airport either.
