I will be travelling to Japan in a less than 2 weeks. I just knew about the JR Pass.
Thing is I already started my trip. Can I ask to send the JR Pass to a Hotel?
In case JR Pass arrives when I am away, can someone in the hotel sign for me?

Also, please note that the JR order has to be placed outside of Japan.
