Hi - I'm taking a last minute trip to Japan with some friends. We are staying for about a week and arriving Thursday June 18, 2015. What's the best route and places to go from Tokyo, to seeing Mt. Fuji, to Kyoto, to Hiroshima?

Hello there,
Have a look at this Shinkansen Map it is basically the route that you will be traveling.
You can decide the order yourself with Tokyo at the start and Hiroshima at the end. I would recommend visiting the Hakone Area, you can have a great view of Fuji from there and it also has a Shinkansen (bullet train) station by the name of Odawara.
