Hi, I will be coming to Kyushu from Jul 16 - Jul 25 and would like to know how I can make seat reservations for AsoBoy and Yufuin No Mori train? Can I make the reservation online or any contact number i can call (english or japanese speaking is ok)?

Hi there,
You can make reservations at any JR station in person.
It is not possible to do so online/by phone.
If you want to buy tickets (as in not reserve for any pass), then you can do so via:
https://www.jr-odekake.net/
A Japanese credit card and language skills are required.
