Here is a list of airport locations where the Mobile Wi-Fi can be picked up. Be sure to bring your Passport and Wi-Fi Reservation Number to complete pick-up.

The Wi-Fi pickup counter can be found in the far corner of the South Wing. Look for the JAL @ ABC counter. Flight arrivals are checked and may remain open until the Arrival of the last flight.
Open between: 6:30 am – 9:30 pm. 
Note that there are different counters for Pick-up and return at Narita Airport - be sure to use the correct one.Narita Terminal 2
The WiFi pick up location can be found in the Arrival Lobby B, look for the J-WiFi @ Mobile x Global WiFi. Here the Wi-Fi router can be picked up.
Open between: 9 am – 9pm.
Narita Terminal 3
The Narita Airport Terminal 3 location is right in the arrival lobby, across baggage claim.
Open between: 7:00 am and 9:00PM.
Haneda Airport Terminal 2
The location for Haneda Airport Terminal 2 is in the International Arrival lobby. Opposite to Entrace 8.
Open between: 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM
Haneda Airport Terminal 3
The Wi-Fi pick up location can be found near the Keikyu line in Terminal 3 arrival lobby, on the 2nd floor. The pickup location is at the desk marked by Global Wi-Fi.
Open between: 6:30 am and 11:30 pm.
Kansai International Airport
Kansai Airport (KIX) is the airport for the Kansai Area, including Osaka, Kyoto and Kobe. The Wi-Fi pick up location can be found in the Arrival Lobby 1F, right away after exiting baggage retrieval. Look for the desk marked with Global Wi-Fi in blue.
Open between: 6:30 am and 11:30 PM
Chubu Centrair International Airport
Chubu (NGO) is the airport for Nagoya. The Wi-Fi pick up location can be found near the railway entrance. Look for the desk from Global Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi Hire.
Open between: 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. 
Chubu Centrair International Airport Terminal 2
The Chubu Terminal 2 location is right between Check-in counter 1& 2.
Open between: 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Fukuoka Airport
The Wi-Fi pick up location can be found in front of the restaurant next to the North Entrance of the International Terminal 1F. Look for the counter from Global Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi Hire.
Open between: 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. 
New Chitose Airport International Terminal
New Chitose Airport (CTS) is the airport for Sapporo and Hokkaido. The Wi-Fi pick up location in the International terminal can be found across the Information Counter in the International Terminal Building.
Open between: 8:00 a.m. ~ 6:00 p.m. 
New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal
The pick-up location for the domestic terminal is near Arrival Gate 4 - "Temporary Baggage Storage/Baggage Delivery Services" Counter.
Open between: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Naha Airport
The Naha (Okinawa) airport counter is located right outside of Arrivals.
Open between: 8:00 a.m. ~ 5:00 p.m. 
Asahikawa Airport
The pick-up location is located right inside the Arrival lobby, at the information counter.
Opening hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:20 p.m. 
Komatsu Airport
The pick-up location is located in the domestic arrival lobby - right after Baggage Claim.
Opening Hours: 8:15 a.m. ~ 7:30 p.m. 
Kagoshima Airport Domestic Terminal
The counter is located right between doorway 2 & 3 in the arrival lobby.
Opening Hours: 8:00am to 6:00pm
