Did you purchase JR Pass Meet & Greet? Splendid, we will meet you right at after arrivals at the airport. Your personal attended will have a personal sign with your name and flight on it. To make meeting us even easier, we’ve created a map for each airport.
Narita Airport – Tokyo
Narita Airport (NRT) has two main terminals and a third terminal for low-cost flights, which essentially is an extension of T2. We will find the right terminal based on your flight number but please double check for your own records. We have a meeting point for each terminal.

For Narita Airport, please note that after luggage collection there’s “exit A” and “exit B”. We will be waiting at the one closest to your flights arrival. If for some reason you can’t find us at the exit, please try the other exit.
Haneda Airport – Tokyo
Haneda Airport (HND) has a domestic and international arrivals lobby. We’ll meet you right after luggage collection.

Chubu Airport (NGO) is the international Airport for Nagoya, with a domestic and international arrivals lobby.
