Is JR Pass the best, cost-effective option?

Hi there, We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 12 years old) travelling as below:

  • Tokyo to Kyoto
  • Kyoto to Osaka
  • Osaka to Nara (round trip in a day)
  • Osaka to Hiroshima (round trip in a day)
  • Osaka back to Tokyo

Would it best to purchase the 7-Day JR Pass or individual tickets?
