Hi there,
The Narita Ltd Express line will take you straight to Tokyo from Narita Airport. I think the best place to find Hotels are either around Shinjuku or Tokyo Station, as they are hotspots for tourists and offer different options for accommodation.
The journey from Narita to Tokyo Station is about 2 hours.
