Hello there, I am going to travel around SAE for about a month and half before heading to Japan in August. Because of that, I have to leave my home around mid of June and I was wondering if I can order the JRP at the end of May in order to receive to a trusted address since I won't have one for a while?

Sending the JR Pass exchange order to a trusted address is a good idea - however, I'd wait a bit longer to order it as you'll be at risk of the JR Pass order expiring, which it does after 3 months. Because delivery is fairly swift, you can always order it online wherever you are to be received at a trusted address.
